Whyte MTB with Conv-e conversion
This has to be up there as one of our favourite conversions. A special disk brake compatible hub motor was spoked in to the customer’s matching rim. This fitted nicely in to the 100mm standard width forks and took a disk brake with ease. Then simply remove the grip and fit a twist throttle. The battery and bracket slotted easily on to the drinks bottle holes thus ensuring a lower weight distribution and a battery that is tucked away nicely. Finally the bottom bracket cranks were removed to fit a pedal sensor!
